Pickwick is delighted to announce the appointment of Neil McLean as its new Executive Director.  With extensive experience crossing diverse industries and a proven track record of driving success, Neil brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Pickwick Group.

Neil’s journey to the role of Executive Director is a testament to his unwavering dedication to continuous learning and growth. From humble beginnings as an apprentice electrician, his curiosity and passion for technology led him on a remarkable professional journey marked by milestones and achievements across various domains.

His transition from technical roles to management and executive positions reflects his versatility and adaptability in navigating dynamic businessenvironments.  His experiences together with his commitment to lifelong learning, has equipped Neil with a holistic perspective and understanding of business dynamics.

As a leader, Neil emphasizes a consultative approach, valuing input from colleagues while making timely and informed decisions. His commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity serves as a guiding principle in all endeavours.

Neil has outlined ambitious priorities and goals for Pickwick Group. These include a strategic focus on winning profitable contracts, fostering efficiencies across all aspects of the business, and redefining industry standards through innovation and client-centric solutions.

Neil’s vision is to take Pickwick to new heights, where roles evolve beyond traditional titles, where Cleaners become “Hygiene Techs” equipped with advanced knowledge and tools, and Customer Service Managers transform into “Human Comfort Consultants,” prioritizing the well-being of both our team members and clients. Our Operations Managers will embody the role of “Health and Welfare Business Partners,” fostering a culture of care and support within our organization.
