Pickwick is totally committed to the safety and wellbeing of its staff, contractors, clients and the wider community. We have a zero tolerance for anything that may impact this. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporates Health and Safety Management at its heart and is used across the entire company. Importantly we are aligned to the Australasian Standard (AS/NZS 4801: 2001) and continually monitor and review our systems and processes to find better ways of managing risk to ensure safe practices are always followed.

Because our services are often undertaken on your premises a key focus is to work in partnership with our clients and any third party if necessary to address and mitigate workplace risk. Our consultative and proactive yet practical approach ensures risk management is at the forefront of our thinking and enables us to maintain a high safety culture. Pickwick’s systems and procedures encourage healthy robust discussion and communication on hazards and safety amongst all stakeholders to ensure there is a clear awareness of the work environment.
