Pickwick announce new CCO role and appointment

Pickwick Group Pty Ltd has appointed Lesh Prasad as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), effective 7 February 2022.

The CCO role is a new addition to the Executive Leadership Team and will lead the Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience strategy for the company.

Pickwick Group CEO Greg Luck says the new role is central to Pickwick’s future growth.

Lesh brings over 20 years’ experience at the executive and board level in sales, marketing and strategic growth across multiple industries including labour hire, recruitment, manufacturing, business outsourcing, consulting and workforce diversity and inclusion.

He is an active listener of the end user, solutions orientated and has extensive know-how in customer experience transformation and business diversification.

Known for his integrity and strategic and innovative thinking, as a ‘one of a kind individual’ and as a ‘leader who actually does walk-the-talk’, Lesh is also described by peers as having a rare ability to ‘connect and engage with a wide range of stakeholders from elected representatives, to customers and all levels in between’, and as someone who ‘genuinely cares more about those around him than himself’.
