Statement
The Pickwick Group was incorporated
in Brisbane on 26th of
August 1981.
Pickwick established operations in
Queensland in 1981,
Victoria in 1986 and
NSW and the ACT in 1999. The Company has
achieved success by working closely with its clients and
is looking to expand further. We have
considerable experience in Cleaning (both industrial and
specialised cleaning), and Security Services.
We have 40
management and administration staff and over 1,000
employees.
The Group has established a network of managers,
supervisors and general staff along the eastern seaboard
states of Australia
enabling us to immediately meet the needs of all our
clients wherever they are located. In 2008 Pickwick acquired Eski Cleaning
Services in Victoria.
The Company is owned by the Solomon
family. The
Chief Executive Officer is Ken Holder.

Quality and Environmental compliance are
of paramount importance to Pickwick. Its Quality and
Environmental Managements Systems operate in line with
ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
respectively.
Pickwick has the capacity to meet all your
contract requirements and can provide any additional
facility management and logistics services, or contract
changes that may be required. The outcomes of
the Company's recruitment strategy over recent years
have ensured that our managers have a broad base of
expertise allowing us to offer a wide range of
services.
This supports our core cleaning component, which
includes grounds maintenance, waste management,
recycling, pest control, security, washroom services,
fleet management and window cleaning
services.
Pickwick provides a
high level of performance and services required by
clients in many differing industry sectors. The comapny
has experince in cleaning offices (high and low rise),
shopping centres, hospitals, aged care facilities,
mines, factories as well as highly sensitive areas such
as clean rooms and operating theatres. Pickwick also
specialises in designing and installing rope fall and
arrest systems to buildings. The group prides
itself in being innovative and continually seeks to
upgrade operational methods and introduce new
technology. Our 'Best Practice' approach supports
a greater awareness of environmental
sustainability. We take a positive approach to
'Green' contract management which is reflected in the
products and materials we use, and how we conduct our
day-to-day business.
